Welcome to Bukam Marketplace App ("Bukam"), an online platform connecting customers with dispatch services and drivers for transportation and delivery services in Nigeria. 2. Driver Responsibilities:

2.1. License and Insurance: All drivers must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and any other required licenses and permits to provide transportation services legally.

2.2. Vehicle Safety: Drivers are responsible for maintaining their vehicles in safe and roadworthy conditions and complying with all applicable safety regulations.

2.3. Professional Conduct: Drivers must be professional and courteous when interacting with customers.

3. Customer Responsibilities:

3.1. Respectful Behavior: Customers must treat drivers with respect and adhere to all local laws and regulations during their ride or delivery.

3.2. No Misuse of Services: Customers must not use the services for any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate purposes.
