Introduction
Welcome to Bukam Marketplace! Please read and understand this Vendor Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before proceeding with your vendor registration on the Bukam Marketplace platform. By registering as a vendor, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Definitions
Bukam Marketplace: Refers to the e-commerce platform operated by [Your Company Name] that facilitates the sale of products by vendors to customers.
Vendor: An individual or entity registered as a seller on the Bukam Marketplace platform.
Vendor Obligations
As a vendor on Bukam Marketplace, you agree to the following obligations:
Product Listings: Create accurate and comprehensive product listings, including product descriptions, prices, and images.
Inventory Management: Ensure that your listed products are in stock and available for sale. Mark out-of-stock items promptly.
Order Fulfillment: Fulfill orders in a timely and accurate manner, including packaging, shipping, and delivery of products to customers.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer support, promptly respond to customer inquiries, and address customer issues and concerns following Bukam Marketplace guidelines.
Compliance: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, as well as Bukam Marketplace's policies and guidelines.
Customer Data: Handle customer data securely and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Bukam Marketplace Privacy Policy.
Fees and Payments
Commission: Vendors agree to pay Bukam Marketplace a commission on each sale made through the platform. The commission rate will be specified in the Vendor's account.
Payment Schedule: Payment will be processed by Bukam Marketplace on a regular basis, as specified in the Vendor's account settings.
Taxes: Vendors are responsible for any taxes or duties associated with their sales on Bukam Marketplace.
Product Returns and Refunds
Vendors must adhere to the Bukam Marketplace Returns Policy when handling product returns and processing refunds.
Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of the intellectual property associated with their products but grant Bukam Marketplace the right to display, promote, and market their products on the platform.
Termination
Vendors may terminate their participation on Bukam Marketplace by providing written notice to Bukam Marketplace.
Confidentiality
Both Parties agree to keep any non-public information received from the other Party confidential and not to disclose or use such information for any purpose other than fulfilling the obligations under this Agreement.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Acceptance
By proceeding with your vendor registration on Bukam Marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Vendor Agreement.
